How do I change the rear brake drums

They can get stuck onto the hub. After removing the wheel, hit the drum on it's face between the studs

and then on the outside of face with a 3-pound hammer.

You may have to back off on the adjuster from the backing plate side of the brake assy depending on if the shoes are still trapped inside of the worn drum.
Tapping from the back may help, just hit it evenly all the way around so the drum don't start coming off cocked.

Once it breaks loose from the hub, it may just slide off like it is suppossed to do.

Do I have to completely remove the brake lines to remove the drum?

No brake lines do not need to be removed.

This is the assy with the drum removed.
