1993 Oldsmobile Ciera Spark plug wires

The spark plugs #1, 3, and 5 run behind a plastic cover in the front of the engine just above the header. How do I remove the plastic plate to release the wires?

My 94 Olds Ciera has a push spot on the skinny side of the bracket. Use a small screw driver, and just press in, and pull the top off. Should pivot. Unless you broke the hinge side allready. (I did)
