1993 Oldsmobile Ciera digital instrament cluster error code

1993 Oldsmobile Ciera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 110k miles
We replaced the instrament cluster because the gauges were going crazy and going on and off. Well now we are having a problem with the milage reading an ERROR code. Is there something that I can do to reset the cluster and get the milage to come back on? Thank you for your time.
