Air Conditioning problem

SUnday I had my AC charged, yesterday it was blowing cold air out the passenger vents and the back seat and in the middle vent and the driver side was blowing warm now today it is blowing hot air again like it was before we charged it. The mechanic that charged it said my compressor was weak but was still in enough good shape to last me another 6 mos or so
