1997 Oldsmobile Aurora steering wheel loose

My steering wheel is loose and it looks like it has to pins or studs that are suppose to hold it in place. What do I need to fix it. It moves from side to side up and down.

It could be the tilt wheel component that is loose. You need to remove the steering wheel and part of the column to access it unless the entire column from top to bottom is loose.
