1.Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.Drain cooling system.
3.Remove air intake duct.
4.Disconnect radiator housing from thermostat housing.
5.Remove thermostat housing attaching bolts, then the housing, Fig. 16.
6.Remove thermostat from thermostat housing.
7.Reverse procedure install. When refilling cooling system refer to Cooling System/Service and Repair for important cooling system refill information.
