Keep getting this random misfire code. Cylinder #2 has an excessive amount of gas going in it. The spark plug was covered in gas. It runs really rough in gear and I get a CEL and when driven the CEL fllashes so I have not driven it since. But I cant figure out what the problem is.

That will most likely indicate a bad injector, and will need replacement

It turned out to be a bad coil and a defective sparkplug wire. But now the car is overheating. I have only had this car 3 weeks and I have replaced plugs, wires, 1 coil, changed oil, and flushed and filled radiator and put in a new thermostat. Checked the fans and they work on a 12 volt source. Could it be one of the relays cause one of the was replaced right before I bought the car. I am kind of stumped. Never had so many things go wrong all at once.

Well, if the fans work. And one of the fans come on when the a/c is turned on(it is supposed to) then either the relay to the radiator fan is not good, or the engine coolant temp sensor is not good, either or
