1992 Oldsmobile Achieva Smoke and Oil
1992 Oldsmobile Achieva 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 69,000 miles
I've got a 1992 Oldsmobile Achieva S. It's started smoking (shite smoke) and when I cut it off, oil (dark green) is dripping out of the muffler.

sounds to me like your burning coolant. collant level low? that oil is probably condensed antifreeze and dirt mixed in from the burn carbon and rust in muffler.
