My climate control says 152 dreees outside at all times. My blower was blowing on high at all times then suddenly stopped altogether. Even though the climate control stopped working, if I leave the system "on" when I cut the car off the battery dies overnight.

Hi jimjoh,

Sorry for the delay in replying.

When the blower was blowing high all the time, were you able to turn it off?
If not, check the blower motor relay located at center rear of engine compartment. It could be sticking and providing power all the time.

As to the battery draining, it could be caused by the relay as well. Unplug fuse # 3 ( 30 A ) and test if draining occurs. It powers the blower motor and relay.

Blower motor could be bad as well after running for so long on high mode, so there could be 2 problems.
