1996 Oldsmobile 88 wont start at temp

Hi, I have 1996 0lds-88 it has 259,000 miles on it. It runs great, it starts right up every morning with no prpblems. However when it gets up to normal operating temp, i'll shut it off and go in to a store for a few minutes, it wont start it just rolls over like its trying to start. After it sits a little bit it will start. The check engine light has been on since I bought it at 120,000 miles. Please help this is frustrating.

Get the vehicle scanned and let me know what code is showing up.

Try to keep priming the pump by turning key on. Wiat for pump to de-energize then turn key off then back on. Do this several times and try to start. Anything?
