I have a fuse in my 1992 oldsmobile 88 royale ls that keeps blowing and it is for my radio and heater. and i took out the radio and heater and checked the wires for shorts in the wiring and damaged wires and cant find any, was told to check the wires leaving the fuse box and i cant find any there either, and i cant get to the wire harness because i cant figure out how to take the dash off. and i cant even put a fuse in second i try it sparks and the fuse and blows fuse before i get it in completely.
