1989 Oldsmobile 88 Cold start issue

I have an 88 Royal Brogham. When i start the car it runs idles fine but if i apply gas it is very rough and sometimes stalls. After it warms up it runs fine. I replaced o2 sensor, plugs and wires. no luck.

any ideas?

Check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge first, should be above 40psi and increase 3-4psi when throttle is blipped.

Also check fuel pressure regulator vacuum line for presence of gas, if there, then diaphram on FPR is ruptured and is needs to be replaced.
