Odo meter. Speedo meter is not working.

Hi there,

I just change my cars wiring and after that odo meter is not working don't figure out what is the problem and where is the speed sensor is located and how to fix it.

Your as usual help will be highly appreciated.

See pics this is off a 1.8 L as that is all it lists for your model year. It is the brn/red wire going to cluster for speed sensor and should be pin 28

Hi Hmac300,

thank you very much for your valuable advise and it is start working but it is running too fast.

I cant figure out the cause of this. I also disconnect the battery and the results are same.

Please guide.

Well youi've changed the harness for one for what reason I don't know so it may be the dash is going bad have a pro check it.
