No drive lights on one side of rear

Ok. I have head lights and the right side of the tail lights is out when I have the lights on. The Brake lights work on both sides.

I am assuming you have checked the bulbs as that can be done from a bad bulb. Check fuse 48 under hood fuse block and see if power is going to socket in back it may be the integrated module but don't know wher eyou can get it scanned for something that old.

Yes I changed the bulbs in the entire module. There are 2 modules. One is just for the reverse light. The other has the problem. It has three lights on it. The drive lights the brake light. There is a relay of some sort. The wire harness connects to this. It runs three lights. Brakes included. Which is why im confused. Because the break light works. Its the other two that aren't on when I have my lights fuly on.

Scan it as it sounds like a module problem a pro will have to do it not an auto parts
