1996 Nissan Truck HELP

We have a nissan pickup bought it new in 1996. Never had any trouble with it.. Always changed the oil. Plugs ect. Run it low on gas and it started running bad. Put sea fom cleaner in gas tank no heip. Have replaced injectors. Checked EGR and BPT senors. Replaced the oxygen sensor to. I will run and idle fine untill it warms up then it starts missing and will die. Please help Lost and have read the Haynes repair manual to many times. Dont know what to do now. Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1. Defective spark plug
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
