How do I replace the starter relay?

The fuel pump relay is located under the hood on the passengers side. Here is a guide and the location in a diagram below:

What could cause my truck not to turn over? Never had a problem before, stick shift, 249,000 miles, the battery is okay. I had the starter check it was, okay. Change the starter relay, the ignition one and two relay. When I turn the key on fuel pump kick in all electric works horn work, but nothing when I turn the key. If I push or pull and pop my clutch it will start just fine and the motor will run just fine. 2.4L, stick shift. Please help. Thanks

There is a clutch switch mounted on top of the pedal assembly. Get a test light and be sure it has power on one side and that it passes the power through when the clutch is applied.
