2005 Nissan Titan stopped running will not rrestart

2005 Nissan Titan V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 84000 miles
I had new manifolds and dual exhaust installed . A week later I was driving Truck went into store and when I came out would not start . Friend cleared code an truck restarted . I drove one block and kicked off. Dash lights were flashing and vehicle would start but would shake and got no power to move . would kick off whem i pressed Accelerator down all the way to floor. No rpms. Code now showing up is U100 and it states timing is advanced 60 degrees
