Engine Performance problem
1987 Nissan Stanza 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles
my nissan stanza has 8 wires on in, like plug wires, my question is,,,,,,,does the nissan stanza station wagon have 8 cylinders or 4 in it. It has power like a 4 cylinder

I was told it has 4 cylinders,but takes 8 plugs.Two to each valve.Intake,and outtake.That's why you have 8 wires.You have 8 plugs.It was initially designed to add performance, I guess.
A bit confusing though!

Update:I think it should be 2 plugs to each cylinder.
