2002 Nissan Skyline Coolant Leakage

2002 Nissan Skyline 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 89000 miles
Hi There, I've got Nissan Skyline 2002 V35, I am driving it from two months, never had any problem. But other day Itwas overheated while i was driving. I noticed that there was coolant leaked underneath. It lakage was frm its cap and a big pipe next to it. I did not understand why it had happened. I topped up the radiator with water, I drove it agai. No problem so far from last week. No leakage sign but other day suddenly coolant leaked from cap..!!!! what could be the reason ?? please suggest. Thanks
