I have a 1994 nissan sentra. I haven't driven it in about 6wks. When I tried to start it last week it would not even turn over, so I changed the battery & the spark plugs. Now, it turns over but still will not crank. Any suggestions for a non-mechanic like myself?

Try this pull the coil wire off the distributor and ground it to the engine and have helper crank engine over while you look for spark-do you have spark? This 2nd time around disconnect a sparkplug wire at the plugs-ground it again-do you have spark?

I need to know this before we continue.
