1993 Nissan Pulsar Failure to recieve any power

1993 Nissan Pulsar 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 185565 miles
When you go to start my car there is no power at all, not even any lights go on the dash board. I know that the lights were not left on or anything. However it did randomly stall the last time i was driving it.

Load test the battery if okay make sure its properly tightened and test all the fusible links.
