2005 Nissan Patrol/Safari My Car's body is vibration when t

2005 Nissan Patrol/Safari 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 35000 miles
Hi,
I just bought a new car and after 1 month I realize that the car has two problems.(maybe they are related or not...)
1. When the speed reach to 70km/h, a voice that is different from engine voice like a air fan voice is coming. When I reach to 80 km/h this voice is dissapearing. I noticed that the same voice also apears when I reach to 125km/h.
2. There is a vibration problem with the car. The car body starts vibrating at 100km/h and it disappears at 120km/h. Also, I feel little vibration at any speed on the body.
I already change all tires with the brand new ones and balancing has done.
What could be the possible cause of those problems ? Please help
