Whistling noise from the engine at idle

Year: 1995
Mileage: 166,000
Engine Size: V6 3.0L
There is a whistling noise coming from the engine. It disappears whenever I accelerate. It's been bothering me for the last month on and off. I wonder what that might be.
Also two weeks ago, the car wouldn't start after a few cold nights even when i tried to jump start it. I had to take it to the nissan dealership. They replaced the starter and a 140-amp fuse over there.
