1993 Nissan NX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 163 k miles

I have the dashboard light on for air bag. I will go and get the ACU reset.

Please tell me is their a way to check the air bag will deploy correctlly even if the light is NOT ON for the air bag.

I mean , do we need to check each component of the air bag separately or the dash board light tells all.

I have heard that there are simulators for the dash board light and there may be missing parts in the air bag system.
