I have a 1997 Nissan Maxima. Since I purchased it 1 month ago, I have been experiencing major fuel issues. First the gast tank was trashy and the fuel pump was placed on incorrectly. After having those issues repaired, I am irritated to find that I am smelling fuel after parking my car, not to mention seeing gas drip from the car near the front driver's tire while I am pumping it. Any idea why I shouldn't pump my gas directly on the groond?????
