2000 Nissan Maxima with about 100,000 miles. The heater will not come on until I set the climate control to 85 degrees. I get the same temp from 64ish to 85 no matter what it feels like in the care. Is this a relay problem or is there a thermostat inside the dashboard that controls the unit that may not be working properly? Any help would be appreciated.
