I'm having trouble figuring out what went wrong with my Frontier! A couple days ago my odometer, gas gauge, and oil gauge just went nuts. The odometer reads "999999" and all my gauges are out of whack! I've already checked all fuses, but no luck. The thing that throws me off is that I disconnected the harness to the ignition switch, then reconnected it, then BOOM - it worked... For a couple of minutes. I'm lost! Please, any suggestions?

Common problem with this vehicle. The memory/configuration chip is corrupted.

The temp gauge and gas gauge max out. The odometer reads 9999999, the speedo will not go over 20 MPH and the tack jumps. Does not happen all the time, some days it works normal all day long. Other days it goes nuts all day long. Most of the time it is 1/2 good, 1/2 freaky.
