1989 Datsun Datsun 210 Repair Question

1989 Datsun 210 1989 Nissan hardbody single cab 4x4
Engine Mechanical problem
1989 Datsun 210 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 150000 miles
On top of the battery on the top of the positive post there is a fuse relay with clips hooked to it . I think that it has something to do with the starting of the truck but I'm not sure ---I was wondering where do I get a new series of plugs for this at ? mine seems to have melted...and if they aren't available then what size fuse relay is it ?
