Nissan Altima exhaust leak

I have a 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5s and I have created an exhaust leak. I believe it is behind the heat sheild where the exhaust pipe conects to the headers. The part has 2 bolts and springs and right there where those two pieces join it is now flexing allowing a leak. My quite sounding car now sounds like a deisel and I was wondering what do I need inorder to fix this. I hope someone can help me.
