I have a 1994 Nissan Altima with 170,000 miles. I have had a 2,500 watt sound system in my car for two years and just recently replaced my alternator and when I put the music loud the alternator stops working and my car turns off. I have replaced my alternator twice already. Do you know if they have any special alternators that are capable of handling the sound system? thank you very much.
