2004 Nissan Altima
I have an 04 Nissan Altima 2.5S with 124,000 miles. I supposedly had my catalydic converter replaced in February due to a recall on this model. It had started cutting out and quitting and when I called the dealership, I was advised of the recall. I had to wait almost 3 months before it ever came in and got put on. It ran ok for a little bit, but it has started cutting out again, and dying, but now, my temperature hand falls when it cuts out. It never done this before. The service guy said that my coolant was low. NO. Not the problem. It is dirty, but that wouldnt cause that would it? I am frustrated because I am not sure what to do. I changed my spark plugs myself because I thought that might be the problem, no easy feat since I am female and never done anything like that. But I figured it out and all went great. Still not fixed. Now I dont know what to do. Help?
