2003 Nissan Altima Car wont start
2003 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Automatic 76,000 miles
After having a snow storm my car wont start. Yesterday it was fine and this morning nothing. 3 attempts were made to jump start with no luck. The radio/lights do come on but flicker when trying to start it. A neighbor said it was probably the temperature sensor. Could that be it and not a dead battery?

From your description it sounds like a completely discharged battery, or sulfated battery cells. In cases of complete discharge or completely sulfated battery cells the battery often times cannot even be jumped. As for the temp sensor, a failed temp senosr would not cause this issue.
