2000 Nissan Altima
I have a 2000 Nissan Altima, we often unlock the drivers side door using the key, rather than a remote device. Recently the door has jammed shut. The lock seems to work but the door will not open. I have tried manually flipping the lock release on the interior, using the key to unlock the car and using the remote keyless entry feature. Although the lock sounds like it is working, I still can not open the door. Any suggestions? I might try to open the door panel from the inside and see if I can diagnose the problem that way. Is it possible to open the door panel from the inside of a closed door?
