1999 Altima trans shuddering?

Hello,
My Altima is has started to shudder between when I decelerate and then accelerate. This never happened before. The car has only 125000 and has been serviced regularly. I not sure if its the transmission or a sensor. I am new to Nissan cars as this was my fathers.
I am going to replace the trans fluid and and screen as it was about time anyways. But if anyone knows of thie possibilities of what might be causing the shudder I would appriciate any replies of where to look.

It might not be a bad idea to have a reputable trans place do your service. Should only cost around $95 to have the oil and filter replaced. I know Aamaco will test drive the car, and check for any problems. If it is a trans problem, they should find it.
