1997 Nissan Altima po301 trouble code

1997 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
service engine light on. reads code po301(misfire on cyl. one). compression checked 160psi on all cyls. . have replaced plugs, wires, rotor, dist. cap, fuel injector on cyl. one, and distributor. ck.engine light still comes on throwing po301 code. any suggestions ???
