1995 Nissan Altima Repair Question

1995 Nissan Altima No dash lights or power antenna.
I was putting in a new cd player and when i got done the dash lights and the power antenna did not work. I checked all of the wires and fuses and found no problems. All of the wires are right and the fuses are not blown. What are the other possabilities that could be causing this problem?
