my car was doin find then one day it stop at a red light restarted drove 10 miles stop while runing I drove it some the next day and it did the same thing I got it pulled home now it will not turn over and when it did it had a miss

Hi there, you will have to stat the diagnosis by retrieving any set fault codes first, report you findings or get your mechanic to inspect and report for you.

"now it will not turn over" - does that mean that the engine won't turn when trying to start it?

Definitely check the codes. A lot of times it's a sign of a bad distributor or oil in distributor.
