1995 Nissan 300ZX fuel system

I am not getting any fuel out of fuel line check the fuses and they are all good. Also disconnected fuel line to check for fuel when ignition is on, no fuel also check for fire in each wire with test light so far good. Could you tell me what might be wrong?

There is a fuel pump relay under the drivers area along the side panel (like in front of the door hinges) You have to remove the vertical plastic panel to access it. $15 at the auto parts. I would start there. Also you stated you checked fuses. There is a smaal black fuse box with high amp fuses in front of the battery. One in there is for the fuel pump.
