1989 Nissan 240SX Repair Question

1989 Nissan 240SX Engine Swap
I have a 1989 Nissan 240sx. It has a 2.4 liter single overhead cam in it. I want to put an engine out of a 1993 Nissan 240sx. This engine is also a 2.4 liter, but is a dual overhead cam. I was wondering if the computer out of the 1989 Nissan will work with the engine out of the 1993 Nissan. And if not, I was wondering if I could put the 1993 Nissan computer in the 1989 body. Thanks.

I would suggest useing the computer and wiring harness to the ka24de that was originally on it. If you cant get it then youll need to buy one else where. Theres numerous amounts of problems that could go wrong using the stock ecu. so yes use a ka24de ecu
