1997 Nissan 200SX Valve Adjustment
Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Nissan 200SX 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 144300 miles
Can you adjust the valves on this car. It is a 1.6 liter. It runs smoothly but I hear some noise that sounds similar to valves needing adjustment. I bought the car when it had 113000 on it three years ago. I believe I could do the job with good instructions. Could you help me? Thanks!

To adjust the valve clearance you need to use the correct size shims
