My red light on dash is not blinking

Turn key on horn will blow 1 time car will turn over but won't start I've change crank an cam sencer my friend unplugged the wires from pcm can u please help

Before any work was done, was the vehicle checked to see if there was fuel pressure to the rail as well as spark to the plugs?

Okay, if it had spark and fuel, it should have run unless it was out of time or the fuel isn't getting into the engine. Try this. See if it will start with starting fluid for a couple seconds and let me know what happens.

It gets gas up to the fuel rail but I seen just a tad come out of the injectors and my red light on top of the dash ain't blinking anymore if it sets all night it will start up and die an after tht if u hold it to the floor it try to run

What is the "Red Light" indicating? You haven't mentioned that. Also, it sounds like a bad fuel pump or plugged fuel filter. Have you confirmed that fuel pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs?

One other question. When your friend unplugged the PCM, was the battery disconnected both when disconnecting and reconnecting?

The red light I'm talking about is the anti theft it support to blink and yea on the fuel pressure is good wen I change the battery tht light went off and ain't blink sence I put cam and crank senser in it somebody told me tht the pcm lost its memory and I have to pay a dealer to scan it to reset it are thy a way I can reset it if tht is wht it is and when he disconnected the pcm I don't no if the battery was unhook or not sorry

Okay, next concern. If the battery wasn't disconnected, it may have damaged the PCM when the replacement was installed. Also, if it is the security light, I hate to say it, but you will need to have the computer flashed by a dealer.
