My rear left wheel started to make a squeal between 5 and 15 km an hour intermitently.

I'm not sure I understood your question? Are you saying since you washed it, the vehicle won't start? Are you saying it cranks good but won't start? Did you wash under the hood?

I don't understand about the rock?

Yes the brakes have gotten wet, it is spring here and we have had some localized flooding leaving some deep puddles that ar unavoidable. Are you thinking some warping may have happened? There is also lots of gravel on the roads right now.
