So I have tried just about everything from changing out my radiator and thermostat. I've had it flushed and I've tried to get any air pockets out from any and every hose that has to do with the cooling system. The only thing I haven't done is to change out the timing belt and water pump. So something is not letting the fluid flow how its supposed to. Also my heater stopped pushing out hot air.

This is typical of a leaking cylinder head gasket. Combustion gases sneak into the cooling system and pool under the thermostat. That prevents the thermostat from opening. They only open in response to hot liquid, not hot air. Your mechanic can do a chemical test at the radiator to verify this.
