Mitsubishi Other Repair Question

Lancer Modification
I changed my lancer 2003 engine with a japanese one .The problem is this one is 2.0L original and the new one is 1.6L both have similiar connections(dual coil pack & 4 cylinder.Will the computer recognise this new engine? :shock:
