Changing out a starter

I have a 1996 Galant with 120,000 miles on it. I need to change the starter out. How hard would that be to do in my driveway and do I need to take anything off besides the starter to replace it?

How do you know the starter is bad? You need to check everything in the starting charging circuit att thhe same time, battery, starter, altenator, regulator and replace any bad parts, all at the same time.
