Shakes or Wobbles problem

I have just had a Cv joint replaced at the rear of my mitsubishi spase star hatchback. and took the car in for repair on wednesday this week. I brought it home on same day. when driving next day the whole car started to shake/vibrates when the speed of car was increased to 50-60 mph. can this be a result of the repair inorrectely done as this was not there before this CV repair. i reported the problem the next day thursday but garage says this is something else not due to the repair the carried out. I would like an oppinion on this. thanks.
