1990 Other Mitsubishi Models inter cooler

1990 Other Mitsubishi Models 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 178000 miles
with what can i clean out my inter cooler.because i installed a holset 50 psi turbo and it ended up blowing the bearing seals and leaking oil into my inter cooler so i need to clean it out but with what.it blew the seals because of the incuficient oil drainage pipe in the turbo that returns the oil to the oil pan.
