1997 Mitsubishi Legnum how do I replace leaking seals?

I have an oil leak coming from under my car. I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Legnum vr4 and would like to know how to replace the sump seals and the oil pump seals. And because it has a leak is that why I have loss of power? Do I need to replace oil pump? have you got a downloadable manual?
