Occassionaly when I hit the brake, I feel something hit my brake pedal and it sounds like a spring, is being hit and I have to quickly release and hit the brakes again, or I dont stop. No grinding no squealing like when pads go low. But I feel something hit my break pedal under my foot and I hear it.

It doesnt get hard, it goes straight down like normal, but doesnt brake, I tested it by a curb, to see if it would still stop if I didnt release and hit the brake again, but it didnt I ran into the curb.
