2002 Mitsubishi Lancer need to replace timing belt

Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Mitsubishi Lancer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

car gave up, and found out the timing is not moving tried to remove crank pulley but doesn't budge,my question is does the pulley bolt come off clockwise or counter-clockwise,or do I go to bigger impact?
